I was very disappointed in this dvd. Poor technique is shown with one of the girls really struggliing with chest drills. Technique in other parts appears to be abit vague as well. Combinations werent overly exciting for me, though there were one or two I kind of liked. I can see others enjoying it - but not for me. - Saahirah Ravyn , posted 10/09/07 |
